I think religion is bogus, and so is the concept of a "conscious" superior being.

I believe in the unpredictable.
and unless someone can prove me that there's no such thing as randomness.. I'll stick to this way of thinking.

there's no master plan, there's only chance. it all got to happen, in one way or another.
everything happened to happen.
furthermore, we know too little about the world itself to start speculating about the nature of gawd.
