Alright, I'm posting this because I'm getting tired of a lot of the PMs I'm getting and I'm sure other staff members agree with me when I say this needs to stop.

When a staff member bans you, it's for a reason. We don't hold lotteries everyday to decide who gets banned, we don't go looking for people to kick off this site, and if we chose to ban you, it's not random.

So let me just make this crystal clear for everyone. If you've been banned, you may IM me, LiquidSolstice, on either of the following mediums:

AIM: WSLiquidSolstice
MSN: LiquidSolstice@warezscene.org

Other staff members may or may not wish for you to IM them, so if their screen names are posted on their WS Profile, you may do that as well. Also, keep in mind that our Founder can receive any email message sent to ******@warezscene.org or ultimaltd@gmail.com.

1. But WAIT. You may NOT argue your ban if:

• You've been banned for any of the following:
  • Credit Card sales/advertising
  • Child pornography
  • Direct bank account sales
  • Insulting/disrespecting a staff member
• If you've been given a permanent ban
  • Permanent bans are given for a strict reason. We do not permanently ban for a trivial reason.

If you did any of those and you still IM me, I will be very annoyed.

2. Don't even bother doing the following:

• The following especially applies if you've been given a ban of 7 days or less
  • Do NOT ask another member to inquire from a staff member to be unbanned
  • Do NOT create another account just to PM a staff member to request to be unbanned
• If you've been permanently banned, it means we do not want you, please do not come back. The staff can tell if you decide to re-register yourself.

Finally, keep in mind that not even an Admin can lift your ban if the said Admin was not the staff member to ban you. Only the staff member that has banned you is allowed to lift your ban. The entire staff is committed to that rule, so don't bother asking.

Just remember, we're not out to get you, nor do we want to seem unfair. We're just going to uphold our rules and unfortunately, though many of you chose not to read them, you're still held accountable for them.

Most of you guys are doing your job and following the rules, and for that, you have our thanks

I have been permanently banned for no reason(till 2011).I still don't know why Doni banned me and my friend was permanently banned for posting 1 thread 2 times,he is begginer and don't know how to post good.

doni cannot ban without a reason , there must be some reasons !
I know doni very well If he gets proof of some violated rules ! then He can ban!

If i find out that you did something bad to the board or broke the rules there is a big chance that you will be banned from this account too, also the other accounts that you use and the account that you are going to register in the future on this board.

JonBonJovi: you were banned cause you tricked members in the account section you had 7 reports about it, here is one of the links that was reported.

And you were flaming to other members. (do you think i don't remember that)

Also you had 3 infraction from 3 different super moderators for flaming posting infected files and almost never coding your links when you post them.

User Bato does not exist in the banned section.

Hm.I didn't trick members in account and password dumps section,it was my stupid fault.Each person can make a mistake and bann till 2011,is not too strictly?
