Lately a lot of people have been bumping there threads. This makes the forum look messy and just because it is at the top of the list it does not mean that you will get more views.
This is mostly done in the Marketplace and the Warez forums. If people are not replying then they might not want it. You should not bump it to get it higher up the list. All you need to do is go back and edit your post if you have new links or you have new information about it.

We have had a lot of reports about people bumping threads and we have now decide to take a tougher stance on it and to clamp down on it totally.
From now on users can and will be infracted on this.
