Ok now here it is.
You need to do the following to make this SOTW thing work.
- Give a theme and set dimensions
- Request people to submit a source of their images if any
- Have your own name in the sig to make sure of no ripped content
- The use of already manipulated images/photos is not allowed. When using an image for your sig, please make sure it's a stock one.

Prizes:
- The winner of each SOTW will receive a small userbar as recognition.

for the last rule - use of images - i disagree because of alot of stocks are manipulated -just have them submit a psd and the stock they used also.
