Anyone here have exotic pets? - 07-05-2009, 09:02 PM
I live in malaysia, the land of great humidity. I currentlt own a Sugar Glider, A snapping alligator tortoise and two cats.
I have been thinking about getting a snake but I need more cash to buy them since they are alot more expensive then the usuall animals.
Do you have pets?

Share me your experience having them!

I used to have a Quaker Parrot if that counts, I live in Utah in the states, so I think so. Soon I am going to be getting a Double Yellow Headed Amazon. Very beautiful bird

Wow, I always wanted to pet a bird but I never had the guts to actually buy them. Do you put it in a cage? How old is your parrot?

My parrot was eaten by 2 cats in 2004 but yeah, you put it in a cage, but a HUGE cage, give them room to play Make sure you have their wings clipped, or they will fly out the door, mine did
