HA, I am an atheist; having gone through a slow awakening from religious fervour to atheism gives me one thing to say.

The problem with religion is it makes any mandate or requirement of its faith seem divine and thus the Israelites believe they have a right to Jerusalem and that Islamites a right to create theocratic dictatorships and the Christians a right to ban gay marriages, Catholics to outlaw condoms, Hindus to claim land they believe was the birth place of Rama.

The thing is when one persons divine mandate compromises another’s there is clash, one which cannot be solved in human terms because the will of god sits behind each opposing faction. That’s why I believe that there needs to be a spiritual renaissance whereby religion slowly loses its hold on the minds of the many and the rulers of the world. There would still be conflicts and wars but now they would only be on human terms, the will of god would be vanish as the tyrant’s salvo, it would be the obstinacy and pigheadedness of one side versus the other.

tell you the truth i dont believe in a "religion" nor a Human-exisistent god well for very simple and logical reasons

first of all if god was a human or "super" human then it has to have a creator since God just cant come out of know were

second of all if there was a god then it must be something us human-biengs can never reach because it limits us to this body or physical state we obtain...

now.......you ask why i dont believe in a religin???.....well it is because every single religion created by God has been tampered with and has been made to brainwash the so called "followers" of the religion it self to believing in every thing the religion itself teahes..i personally believe in "a way of life" and i do believe in a judgement day....as for god......well i believe in a god that no human being can reah in a physical or non-physical state..

Islamic women must walk three feet behind their husbands on the streets. Only in times of war are they forced to walk three feet in front as there are land mines.

Islamic women eat the leavings from the dinner plates of their husbands and any men guests their husbands have in their homes. They are treated lower than dogs.

It is no wonder these people are so eager to kill themselves through suicide bombings. What kind of life is this? To treat significant others so heinously under the direction of a blood thirsty monster they call "allah." They get to where they have to blow themselves up- where is this "Allah"?
