No offense taken dude, we all have our rash moments. Belive it or not, the most offending part was your edit, when you ridiculed your anger as being part and parcel of a religious person. You experienced anger/contempt, please dont foist it on religion.

Fundementally this "Fucking your life shit" dosent actually do that. Sure it seems like its, I mean cmon who wouldnt want to fuck night and day etc Upshot however is that it DOES lead to a more stable secure marriage, fidelity IS alot more important, and it help keeps the fabric of society together. Exactly, I agree. The best that a thread about God can be is a discussion, not a debate. No one's going to convince anyone of anything. We all just walk away feeling upset, seeing as our beliefs, (whether in a god or lack thereof) have been stomped on.

In my experience, it all depends on one's circle of influence, and their point of view on life, how they were raised, and what they were exposed to. Some people's lives and personal experiences led them to the conclusion that there is no God, and some people's lives and personal experiences led them to the conclusion that there is a God.
Either way, it's never appealing, or appropriate, to act as though one's beliefs make one superior to another, whether you believe in God or not.

Very true mate, but there are a few points I would disagree on. I think that peoples minds CAN be changed. Social conditioning isnt permanent. Whether its from muslim --> Christian, or to Christianity, or even a religion to atheism.

People find God at different stages, it dosent have to be a relevation in a public place, it can be somewhere as innoculos as small warez forum, yet it is just as poignant and beautiful even if its not realised.

I Agree with defon, the human mind is at a constant change for the better or for the worse.

This leads to nowhere... believers remain believers, non-believers remain non-believers - thousands of words have passed away and we are still at the begining. Despite this isn`t a race, we all made it looks so.
This is my final message to believers if it stays like this :

Be proud, sons of God, let your internal love wins, don`t let yourself be angry and don`t fill your hearts with the needs to prove your faith. Just believe because You know, have faith, for You do not need to prove to You or the others Who You believe in.
When one believes, he don`t need to be pushed to show his faith because the faith is the matter of his/her heart.
We don`t see his/her heart beating and moving, we know it when we see him/her alive.
The same is with Your faith.
And it is great thing for You tried to open more eyes around You. But, let those eyes open in the way their owners wanted - so don`t close Your eyes by confronting them. Let them talk, let them say what`s in their hearts - listen to their hearts beating by their fingers typing ignorance.
They`re not guilty for that - they are taught to think in that way.
To believe also means to let the others see Your faith growing stronger, to see Your words express high wisdom of Love - then some of them - at least one - will realize Your Love and will try to be closer to You. They will see You don`t hate them like somebodies in their private lives and they will slowly approach You considering Your attitude as recommended and nice. Just love them as they are. Love them as Your brothers and sisters.

And final message for non-believers :

I know most of You are 18-24 years old. God remains the last unanswered question for You since Your childhood. You didn`t see Him, didn`t touch Him, didn`t feel Him or heard anything from Him, and social injustice surrounds You all the time... You see Your priests talking about somebody You cannot understand (how He allows the things happen all the time and throughout all the times), then You turn Your point of view to the science. The science started from zero and achieved so much for these few thousands of years. These decades science discovered so many things and helped us connect not only with other civilizations now, but connected us with the past and gave us hope for the future - some day maybe we will last forever and be healthy for good, some far day we will dwell on other worlds and will create some other Universe maybe.
We learned so many things from our history, we learned that war leads to pain and sorrow and hatred, we learned that burning books takes us back into the darkness of ignorance. We learned that destroying old cultures leads to further bad reactions to our civilization in upcoming times.
We learned of the others - to respect them and to look for their respect of our own, We learned to ease our lives implementing physical laws into our service, for our good......
Did we learn anything ?
We commit crimes, we kill each other, we destroy our nature, animals, health, families ... And for all the time we are talking about supreme things, about perfect things, hopefully of upcoming adorable things, proudly of former honorable things, scientific achievements, democracy, peace, brotherhood, arts, harmony ....we are talking and talking and talking. We learned nothing. "Silence is gold". But it seems God is not gold anymore in our mouths - we started to blame Him all the time, challenging Him to react, laughing at Him, denying His presence and decompose His Trinity to miserable factors... we are talking of somebody unknown to us, when we see spiritual man beside of us, we are talking to him ugly words, laughing at him, and it suppose we`ll never shut up. But, my dear sisters and brothers,
GOD EXIST
I wish You`ll get it before it`s too late for You, for us all. Please don`t accuse believers for their attempts to ensure You in something You don`t want to be taught about. They do it because they feel they`ll be punished for they live next to You and not did enough to awake Love in You.
And don`t reply like "Let them leave us alone" - no, that`s up to them. If You really want to be left alone, avoid not only this thread, avoid that kind of people, but don`t harm them in Your lives, they love You, they don`t hate you, remember it.

I regret I haven`t had enough time to share more thoughts with You here. But I will be here.
I lived whole my life looking for the truth - who I am, where do I go, what is life, why do I live, do I live for real or it is so for the last five minutes when some program started and made me think that I lived for years ago... That`s why I feel I can say so many things to You and I will do it whenever I was asked to do so because I feel it as my precious obligation to You. And I will be thankful to You if You ask me whatever You want to share with me.
I really exist, some of You are maybe even 15,000 miles away from me, but I`m saying to You what lies in my heart, and I am speaking truth when I say that I love You, because I really do.
Some of You maybe belong to groups of people I dislike - thieves, virus makers, murderers, spies, cheaters ... but I accept You as You are, You are real too, and I attempt to show You who I am and what kind of man I want to become, hoping You will follow the same principles I do - I am trying to teach You what they maybe missed before. That`s why I am speaking to You such things.
